SECRET OF ANSWERED PRAYERS: REGULARITY AND CONSISTENCY

Breaking of Bread: Luke 11:5-13

The lessons of this season of IT IS ALMOST OVER will not be complete without an understanding of God’s mind on IMPORTUNITY. We cannot rule out the possibility of delay in answers to prayers. A farmer won’t sow just one seed, even if it is on a good soil, and expect abundant harvest, he will sow many, and then wait for the harvest.

The waiting period between planting and harvest is like the time of DELAY, it varies from seed to seed, the regularity and consistency of the farmer at tending that which was planted will also determine his harvest. No prayer will be refused if regularly and consistently pursued. Regularity and consistency in asking is a major key to receiving if we faint not. When God says WAIT, it always end with bigger and longer harvests if we stay trusting and believing.

Psalms 65:2 O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come.

Psalms 66:20 Blessed be God, which hath not turned away my prayer, nor his mercy from me.

1 John 5:14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:

  1. Father thank You for the opportunities and privileges of prayers.
  2. Thank You for not refusing us and refusing our prayers.
  3. Thank You for not turning away our prayers and Your mercies from us.
  4. Thank You for the confidence that we are heard and the assurance of answered prayers every time we pray.

Luke 18:1 And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;

2 Corinthians 4:1 Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not;

2 Corinthians 4:16 For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.

  1. I know I will be heard, therefore, I will not faint in prayers in Jesus Name. Amen
  2. I receive to be regular and consistent in asking in Jesus Name. Amen
  3. (a) Men: Father, make me father’s of nations in Jesus Name. Amen

(b) Women: Father, make me and my seeds blessings to nations in Jesus Name. Amen

  1. Father, make me a mighty tree in the land, whose root is hidden in the Rock that is You in Jesus Name. Amen

Galatians 6:9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

Hebrews 12:3 For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.

  1. Delay is not denial, I will keep waiting and asking, because harvest is coming in Jesus Name. Amen
  2. Father, bless me with the gift of patience in Jesus Name. Amen.
  3. I will be regular and I will be consistent on the altar of prayer in Jesus.Name. Amen
  4. I will not relax nor be discourage at the edge of victory in Jesus Name. Amen

May you not fight your battles alone, may God send you help betimes and may your victory announce God to many families in Jesus Christ Mighty Name. Amen and Amen.
