HAPPY 44TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY

Chief Olayinka and Chief Mrs Christiana Ogunmekan. We return glory to God for 44 years of marriage today. He has sustained us through it all.

ADVICE TO YOUNG COUPLES

My advice to young couples and matured Youths intending to tie the knot is to be prayerful and wait patiently for God’s choice of a spouse. Wedding lasts for one day while marriage lasts a lifetime,therefore do not rush into it or allow any pressure to push you into the wrong choice of a partner. No two marriages are the same or alike, do not compare notes with another couple or allow third parties to interfere in your home. Do not be deceived, marriage has its ups and downs but you will ride above the storms if your home is built on the Rock of ages, with love, patience, endurance, understanding and forgiveness as your core values. A family that prays together, plays together, eats together, reason together and always sleeps together will stay together for life. Husband, love your wife and wife, submit in humility to your husband. Resolve any dispute the day it occurs, never keep malice and do not quarrel in the presence of your children

Finally, always commit yourselves to God for wisdom and guidance in the morning before leaving home and show gratitude to Him at night before going to bed.
